PARENT MEETING DATE: MONDAY, OCTOBER 30, 8:00pm 

 

IMPORTANT PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS due OCTOBER 30th.

1) Pay-to-Participate: Families are required to pay Bexley City School’s Pay-To-Participate fee ($25) once per year for each cast or crew member. please pay this using your Payschools account through the Bexley City Schools . Please contact Becky at rebecca.rhinehart@bexley.us for financial assistance.

2) Program Bios: All cast and crew members must submit a Bio for the program. Bios not turned in by the due date will get a generic bio. Please go to the Canvas page to submit your Bio online (please do not email Bios to Becky).

3)  Meal Fees:  This show will have 4 in person rehearsals that will have the option of purchasing meals.  All meals will be individually wrapped.  If you do not elect to pay this fee, you will be expected to provide a meal for your child.
