IMPORTANT PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS due TBA.

1) Pay-to-Participate: Families are required to pay Bexley City School’s Pay-To-Participate fee ($25) once per year for each cast or crew member. Please pay this fee using your PaySchools account through the Bexley City Schools. Please contact Becky at rebecca.rhinehart@bexley.us for financial assistance.

2) Program Bios: All cast and crew members must submit a Bio for the program. Bios not turned in by the due date will be blank. Please click here to submit your Bio online (please do not email Bios to Becky).

3)  Meal Fees:  This show will have 4 in person rehearsals that will have the option of purchasing meals.  All meals will be individually wrapped.  Each student will have a specific place to sit in the cafeteria that has the appropriate distancing to ensure safety.  Each student’s meal (if purchased) will be waiting in their space in the cafeteria when it is time to eat.  If you do not elect to pay this fee, you will be expected to send a meal for your child.
