The purpose of the Bexley Theatre Parents organization is…
to support the welfare of Bexley City Schools’ theatre activities. It may advise and raise funds, provide volunteers, serve as an advocate for, and otherwise assist theatre performance and education in the Bexley City Schools. Bexley Theatre Parents Inc is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
We’d love for you to support the Bexley Theatre Parents!
We do a lot of things! Here are some of the main ones:

raise funds to support and grow our amazing theatre program

provide scholarship opportunities to theatre students in need

plan and serve dinners for cast, crew and directors during Production Week for most productions

sell candy- and flower-grams at performances so family and friends can celebrate their cast and crew members

arrange to take and distribute photos and videos of performances

thank our hard-working directors with gifts from the cast and crew for each performance
-
host post-production cast and crew pizza parties
-
help pay for International Thespian Society inductions and Bexley Theatre Arts awards
-
support other Bexley Theatre Arts events (Drama Sitters, Improv, Arts Signing Day, Thespian conferences hosted by Bexley…)

host an annual Ice Cream Social for the Bexley Theatre family

pitch in for the Bexley Teacher Appreciation Lunch

purchase equipment or pay for other Bexley Theatre requests
